The aim of website is to provide up to date Information on the SCCmec and SCC elements.
☆ “Classification” will provide general guidelines for reporting novel SCCmec elements, which is based on the most recently consented classification of SCC.
☆”SCCmec types” will provide the latest information of novel SCCmec elements.
☆ “SCCmec subtypes” will provide an easily understandable information for J regions (Joining regions; the regions other than mec gene complex and ccr gene complex) based on the binary system (under construction).
☆”SCC unifier” will provide the information of all currently reported SCC elements, which was numbered in the order of reported date (under construction) .
